I understand it now!

At first, I hated this series, and I only voted a 2 because I wanted the free protection point. Now, I understand perfectly the heart and soul of this series.

Hitler wanted to be an artist. Look on google for some of his work. He applied to some big, prestigious art college and was turned down. According to what I read, he blamed his problems, along with Germany's, on the Jewish people, and so began the terrible event of the Holocaust. If Hitler had become an artist, I'm sure he wouldn't have been the world's most hated man.

This work is showing Hitler as the ethnically diverse, nice guy that he could have been in some alternate timeline.

It's very funny to read the reviews for these submissions. On one hand, you have your blind followers, and on the other, you have your haters, who are all going to get their comeuppance when we blow the whistle on them, and the points are passed down to us!

Genius.

By the way, is there any chance that you'll divulge where Hitler will be on Day 79?

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Hitler was a great artist.

As for day 79. You'll have to wait and find out. Obviously it will be near Germany though.

Great work!

I can't think of any complaints for this movie. Damn you and your perfectness!
One of my favorite parts was the last scene, with Sasuke and Orochimaru arriving at "Neverland Village." Now that you mention it, there is a frightening parallel between Orochimaru and Jackson. Very frightening indeed...

And, by the way, you can bypass cheap filler crap and move further ahead in the storyline by just reading the manga. Everyone knows that manga > anime on all levels(except coloring and the illusion of movement based on a series of images with small increments of change between images).

bumwolf responds:

Oh yeah I've been following the manga as well. Although Sasuke's reintroduction wasn't what I had envisioned but it's not my comic.

Nice work!

Good:
Nice cartoony graphics.
Good job with the frame-by-frame.
Made me chuckle a few times, good job with the jokes.

Bad:
The intro text was way too long.
The intro text wasn't very well-made. Here's a better way to do it. First, use the font "Impact" for the opening crawl. After you've written the thing, select it and press ctrl+b(or apple+b if you have a Mac) twice. Next, select the transform tool, set it to "distort" and make the opening crawl look like it's smaller on top and larger on bottom. Convert the whole thing into a symbol and you've got a spiffy, ultrarealistic opening crawl.

I hope I could have been of some service! Apart from some problems, this was a great submission, it even looks front-page worthy!

zauriel responds:

it actually was made in flash 5....so distorting text isnt as simple as that....thanks for the advice though!!!

lol!

Now that was funny! The frame-by-frame was amazingly smooth! It was so random! The moonrocks part was like most Family Guy jokes: random things that go on so long that it spontaneously becomes funny. In short, everything was hilarious! I hope that you can continue it.

BrerSteve responds:

well this was sort of a spontaneous creation I started 2 days ago... so I have no plans to continue it at all.. I am making a series called Lost in Reality that I hope to finish... sometime... or ever.

Some good, some bad.

Here's my breakdown on the movies here:
1. Crustclock's was very pointless, short, and boring. I did not like it at all.
2. Zerostar's was very funny, it was one of the wierdest parts of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I loved it, though I didn't think that the music fit very well.
3. Moonclock's was terrible. Bad animation, really stupid going-on stuff, and it dragged on far too long. It ruined a lot of this submission's overall score points.
4. Cyberen's movie/game was rather pointless, to say the least. I could not find out what to do at all. A set of instructions on what to do would greatly benefit.
5. The explanation thing, in full Hitchhiker's Guide style, was brilliant and much better than most of the standalone movies put together. It captured the wit and nonsensical nature of the entire series.

Now, the whole breakdown.

Graphics: Some good, some bad. it averaged itself out.
Style: Each movie had its own style.
Sound: Is that music from the original 1980's TV version I hear? Congradulations!
Violence: A whale falling to its death IS rather violent...
Interactivity: A really spiffy preloader.
Humor: Zerostar's movie and the about section were the funniest thing. And they were very funny!
Overall: Average. Moonclock's movie was very unnecessary, and it brought down the whole movie's power. However, just when I was going to say, "Meh," I check the "about" section. Why couldn't the entire collection be of that quality?

cyberen responds:

the answer is there. You have to find the question yourself.

Good, but a few minor flaws.

It was an enjoyable movie, and I could imagine it staying on the Portal(which is why I protected it). However, there were some mistakes. One, fix up your dialogue. Not only is it a little flat, there is a typo in just about every caption. You took the time to make a movie, it won't kill you to have a friend, family member, or English teacher proofread it. Two, the movie sped by way too fast for all the stuff going on. You should start practicing making some scenes that, from a cinematic point of view, need to be longer or shorter. All in all, it was still a little fun.

S-E5000 responds:

lol I can spell its jst I sometimes forget about tidy ritein coz i use ways to shorten it e.g ritein but thanks for the review ..... and maijor thanks for protecting it :D

It's nice.

The frame-by-frame, while good, was a bit choppy at many points(but still better than any frame by frame that I've ever done!), and your music...just isn't quite good for such a violent scene. You could have tried harder at searching the audio portal for good music, I can imagine ParagonX9's "Danger Ahead" fitting a little bit more than your music.
Overall, it's nice.

demoninabottle responds:

Thanks for the review.

AWESOME!

This is so cool, even after 2 years since the series ended I've still loved all the Matrix stuff(it helps knowing all the philosophical meaning--well, maybe not ALL), and this is just great...the Ghosts as Agents, Pacman as Neo, all the other stuff, authentic quotes from Reloaded...

I liked the sped-up "I'm not Driving Anymore" at the final scene and the sped-up "Trinity Dream" for the credits.

This certainly deserves Frontpage!

averageroadkill responds:

thanks alot for the review!

One thing though:

The point of a parody is to make fun of something that's either cool and popular by exaggerating flaws. Runescape isn't cool or popular, and its flaws don't need to be exaggerated, they're big enough already. Next time, parody something that deserves to be parodied instead of a really bad MMORPG.

Lopaxe responds:

runescape is popular....

Wow.

This was your first Flash? Holy sh!t! You have serious potential, most first flashes on NG aren't of this caliber. I just saw SGGM2 and thought, "if you continue to improve on your graphics every time and make a boatload of sequels, you could get your own series!"
Good luck with SGGM3!

Kim-Kim responds:

Thanks... Supa Go-Go Man 3 is coming soon, with improved graphics XD Mwahaha *shuts up*
