Hilarious
When it ended I just thought "What the hell just happened?"
Then I burst out laughing.
ROFL
Decent work.
There wasn't really anything majorly wrong with this Flash, but you could have improved on two things.
1. When the man is chanting Bloody Mary, you shouldn't have used the same sound clip over and over again, because doing that creates a monotonous and boring effect. It would have so much more emotional impact if you had an increased amount of tension as the chanting went on.
2. The music at the end was too upbeat. You should have just gone with my music all the way ;)
Nice job though. 4'd.
thanks for the positive comment,
about the voice acting, your right I shouldn't made it loop and I just need a voice actor next time.
about the other song. you're probbably right, but when the credits begin my first completed flash animation was done. And that's why I wanted hapy music ;)
thanks for the scores as well :)
ps.
your song I used is sooo perfect for this :)
LMAO.
I laughed until my ass fell off and my sides split at the a cappella intro theme.
Also, I had no idea Mulder and Scully were Brits.
Excellent Shining parody.
"Who are you?"
"HITLER!!!!"
I love how these shorts of yours are so terribly animated and funny at the same time. Good work.
Your kind words of fortune please my beautiful singing voice. And cat. My cat sings. Just on Saturdays and for a laugh.
First place: 50 Second place: -1
I feel the same way every time I play Halo 2.
Nice animation and decent vocals, but this video would have been cooler if you had used more color and less screenshots. I liked the visual jokes!
All right, you used my music, you get a review.
Well, it's a good sprite movie, but not without its flaws.
Graphics: Sprites are hardly original, but they always look good. However, the star haven background looked quite bad, you could have spent a bit more time searching for a VG-style night sky to use, it shouldn't be very hard to find. Also, I wan't a fan of the use of tweening the characters instead of using a black rectangle and tweening where the mouth is, like other sprite animators will use.
Style: Sprite movies all kind of have the same style. Some sprite animators do something exceptional or unique to give it more of a personal flavor. You didn't do much of that.
Sound: Your use of music is very good. I liked the songs you used (such as mine ;P), although some seemed to cut off too shortly. Also, some of the voice acting (like Bowser or one of his cronies) sounded bad. I would also suggest more sound effects. They'll add much more effect into your fight scenes.
Violence: There's fighting, but not much blood or graphic violence.
Interactivity: Not really, unless you count the preloader.
Humor: None. This wasn't a comedy.
Overall: 7. I have nothing against sprite movies, in fact, I enjoy them, but only good can come of giving your sprites and animation a nice personal touch. Oh, and thanks a lot for using my music.
Not as good as TSAH1...
TSAH was a bit better in how it mocked the entire storyline of Halo, but I guess you didn't have enough to work with when it came to Halo 2.
That being said, LF's movie was all right. Better character animation than usual for him, all right jokes, a good parody.
SFB's movie was KICK-ASS. Way better than most of the others. And I would seriously KILL for that guitar.
Headshot's movie was nice. Good animation and character drawing, nice jokes, etc.
MetalMaverick's movie didn't really get me. Maybe because it went off on such a tangent that it didn't hold my interest. However, I did enjoy seeing Master Chief on fire, and the George doll on the shelf.
Overall, good job, could have been a bit funnier.
It's a roller-coaster ride of action!
Man, these keep getting better and better! They've made a huge leap from the first Halo 3 and even Halo 3 2! The animation and action is smooth...streamlined...I liked the shading and clean-looking appearance of the background and the way the characters were designed. And the glow effect on the weapons. I loved the fightscene. Heh, the Prophet got what he deserved. Humor comes from the scene with Master Chief pulling out a Brute's brain, lol.
The music was good, too, but are you going to use any music from Halo 2 OST Volume 2(I'm sure you'd find a use for the squealing guitars in track 9)? It's been out since April!
